WHO ARE WE?
Green at Heart is your one stop shop in housing sustainability. We service the whole of Queensland, providing expert information and energy efficiency assessments on residential and commercial buildings.
We have accreditation with ABSA (Association of Building Sustainability Assessors) and utilise BERS software and Section J of the BCA for assessments. We also have qualifications in Architecture, Sustainability Management, Green Plumbing, Federal Government accredited Sustainability Assessors and Greensmart Homes HIA accreditation. We are also members of the BDAQ and practice under BSA licensing.

ENERGY RATINGS
Energy efficiency reports are required on all new homes and commercial buildings to comply with the BCA.
Existing homes can also be rated to improve sales values.
We offer friendly, professional, prompt service at a competitive price. Plans can be posted and emailed and are rated within 3 working days, or faster if urgent.

SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTING
Our staff are trained in assessing the sustainability of your existing home. We can advise ways to improve the energy efficiency of your home, saving you money and increasing the value of your property. For those building new homes, we can also advise during the designing process on how to maximise efficiency and of the relevant legislation regarding sustainable building practices.

It is now mandatory for all houses, units and townhouses for sale to be accompanied by a completed sustainability declaration, with penalties applying for non-compliance. Green at Heart can assist sellers in completing their declarations. Read more
